This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Cannell widow of the late
Thomas Cannell of Rheuncullin the parish of Michael. I revoke all
other testamentary writings by me heretofore executed and declare this only
to be my last will and testament.
I leave devise and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth wife of John
Skillicorn at present residing in Cleveland United States of America the sum
of twenty pounds as legacy.
I leave devise and bequeath to my grandson Louis Cannell Kneen the sum
of twenty pounds legacy.
The foregoing legacies are not to be paid until twelve months after my death
and are not to bear interest.
I give devise and bequeath to my son James Cannell and to my daughter Jane
Sophia Cannell in equal shares the whole of the residue of my
estate goods and effects after payment of my just debts funeral and
testamentary expenses and I appoint my said son James Cannell and my said
daughter Jane Sophia Cannell joint executor and executrix of this
my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto signed
my name this the third day of April one thousand eight hundred and
ninety five. Margaret Cannell
Signed published and declared by the testatrix Margaret Cannell as and
for her last will and testament in our presence who in her presence at
her request and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses.

At a District Probate Session held at Peel on the 23d November 1896.
The annex paper writing dated the 3rd day of April 1895 having been proved
to be the last will and testament of Margaret Cannell late of Rhencullen in
the parish of Michael widow deceased who died on the 15th day of October
1896. James Cannell of Rhencullin aforesaid Blacksmith
a son of the testatrix one of the executors therein named is sworn well and
truly to fulfil and execute the same and to administer the personal estate
of the said deceased according to law.
