This is the last will and testament of me Anne Maddrell of Ballamaddrell
in the parish of Arbory widow of the late John Maddrell.
First I give and bequeath to my son Robert Henry Maddrell the tithe
mentioned in my husband's last will and testament also the kitchen
clock.
Secondly It is my will and I hereby direct that all my personal estate and
effects over which I have the disposing power (except the household goods,
and my three daughters have liberty to take for their own use; but not to
sell whatever they wish) be divided equally between my three daughters Mary
Ann Maddrell, Frances Isabella Maddrell and Elizabeth Maddrell and that the
said personal estate be paid without interest to
each of them respectively within a year and a day of my deceased.
Thirdly I do hereby nominate and appoint Robert Henry Maddrell my son
executor and residuary legatee of this my last will and testament.
