This is the last will and testament of me Alicia Qualtrough of
Castletown in the Isle of Man being of sound mind memory and
understanding at the making thereof.
I give and devise whatever money and effects of every
description belonging to me in Castletown to my daughters
Margaret Qualtrough, Catherine Isabella and Jane and my son
William Qualtrough share and share alike.
I give and devise a dwelling house and premise situate in Malew
Street Castletown and at present in the occupation of James
Blackburn to my daughter Jane her heirs and assigns and
husband she may marry to have no interest in it.
