This is the last will and testament of me Robert Keig of Ballacain in the
parish of Ballaugh farmer which I make publish and declare inform and manner
following that is to say I give and bequeath to my sons Thomas Edward Keig
the sum of two hundred pounds.  I give and bequeath to my son Richard Teare
Keig the sum of one hundred pounds and I direct that the said two legacies
to my sons Thomas Edward Keig and Richard Teare Keig are not to be paid to
them until after the deceased of my wife Anne Keig.  I give and bequeath to
my said wife Anne Keig all the remainder of my personal estate of whatever
kind and wheresoever situate absolutely.
I also give and bequeath to my said wife the rents income and profits of
certain real estate to me belonging being part of Ballacorage in the said
parish of Ballaugh for her life time and after her decease I give and
devise the whole of the said real estate to my son Richard Teare Keig to
hold to him his heirs and assigns absolutely.  And I nominate constitute
and appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will hereby revoking
all other wills and papers testamentary by me at anytime heretofore
made and executed and declaring this only to be my last will and
testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this Thirtieth
day of Decemeber One thousand eight hundred and ninety three 1893. Robert

testament in our presence who at his request in his presence and in presence
of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witness.

In the matter of the petition of Anne Keig of Ballacain in the parish of
Ballaugh widow, of Robert Keig deceased for probate of the will of the
said Robert Keig.
we the undersigned being children of the said Robert Keig deceased  do
hereby own that we have received notice that the above petition will be
heard at Peel on Monday the 1st day of February 1897
