Jurby 1897 95 This is the last will and testament of me Jane Kneale of Ballasalla Jurby widow I leave and bequeath the sum of two hundred pounds to my daughter Ann Kaighin wife of John Kaighin of Mona Cottage Michael. I leave and bequeath the sum of two hundred pounds to my son Daniel Kneale now in Vancouver but such legacy shall not bear interest. I leave and bequeath to James Thomas Corlett of Corvalla Ballaugh the sum of two hundred pounds in trust for him the said James Thomas Corlett and Isabella his wife and the survivor of them to receive the interest upon the said sum and apply the same to their own use and the us of the survivor and their daughter Isabella Jane attains the age of twenty one years and upon their said daughter attaining such age to pay over the said sum of two hundred pounds to her the said Isabella Jane Corlett and in case the said Isabella Jane Corlett die before attaining the age of twenty one years without leaving lawful issue then the said sum of two hundred pounds shall be divided equally between the other children of the said James Thomas Corlett and Isabella Corlett but in case the said Isabella Jane Corlet has lawful issue such sum of two hundred pounds shall go to such issue equally between them. I leave and bequeath the sum of fifty pounds to Alfred Kneale son of my daughter Jane Kneale but in case he die before attaining the age of twenty one years I leave and bequeath the said sum of fifty pounds to my said daughter Jane. I direct that the foregoing legacies shall be paid exclusively out of my personal estate. I leave and bequeath the whole rest residue and remainder of my personal estate of every description and wheresoever the same maybe situated unto my said daughter Jane Kneale and I appoint my said daughter Jane Kneale sole executrix of this my will. I revoke all other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will. As witness my name this sixth day of Jun 1893. Jane Kneale signed published and declared by the testatrix as her last will in our presence who at her presence at her request and in presence of each other all being present at the same time have hereunto subscribed our names Witnesses: John Cruickshank Charles Kissack 10 May 1897 - Jane Kneale spinster daughter of testatrix sworn executrix Isabella Jane Corlett received two hundred pounds from James Thomas Corlett 24 Feb 1912. Daniel Kneale of Number 412 Princess Street Vancouver British Columbia America(Canada) received two hundred pounds as legacy 13 Apr 1898. John Kaighin and Ann Kaighin received two hundred pounds 12 March 1898. James Thomas Corlett and Isabella Corlett received two hundred pounds 12 Mar 1898. Alfred Kneale received fifty pounds 23 Feb 1898.
