I William Mylchreest of North Baldrine in the
Parish of Lonan, miner, being of sound disposing
mind, memory & understanding do make this my
last will & testament in manner following
hereby revoking & cancelling all wills heretofore
made by me.
First I leave devise & bequeath to my son
William Fargher Mylchreest my dwelling house
garden & premises now occupied by me situate
on North Baldrine in said Parish of Lonan
subject however to my wife Eleanor Mylchreest
having & enjoying the use of said dwelling
house, garden & premises so long as she remain
a widow & with the understanding that she
pays annually all rates and encumberances
theron as they fall due & also keep the
premises in tenantable order & condition.
I also leave devise & bequeath to my said wife
Eleanor Mylchreest (after payment of my just
debts & testamentary expenses) the whole of
my personal estate.
Lastly I nominate constitute & appoint my son
Wm Fargher Mylchreest sole executor of this
my last will & testament & have hereunto
subscribed my name this the eighth day of June
in the year one thousand eight hundred & ninety-eight.
