The humble petition of Amelia Fargher of Cooilcam in the parish of
Malew widow.
Sheweth:
1.  William Fargher the husband of your petitioner departed this life on
the 9th day of July 1899 at Cooilcam in the parish of Malew intestate.
2.  It is necessary that Letters of Administration of the estate and effects
of the said William Fargher deceased should be granted.
3.  The only next of kin of the said deceased are your petitioner and nine
daughters and one son namely Rubina Ann the wife of William Collister,
Elizabeth the wife of Thomas Clarke, Alice Jane Fargher, Christian
Amelia the wife of Thomas Gale, Isabella Fargher, Sarah Kate Fargher,
and Margaret Florence Fargher, Agnes Fargher, Hilda Fargher, and William
Louis Fargher who are minors.
Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your Honor
may be pleased to grant Letters of Admistration of the estate and effects of
the said William Fargher deceased to the said William
Collister and John Kinnish of Ballajenai in the parish of Malew or to
some other fit person and that your petitioner may have such other relief as
is meet and she will pray.  James Gell Advocate for the petitioner. Ordered
that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be holden at
Castletown on Monday the 17th day of July 1899 at 11:30 o'clock in
the forenoon whereof all proper parties and persons are to have due and
lawful notice.
