This is the last will and testament of me John Kinnish of Glengrenaugh
in the parish of Santon, retired joiner.  I revoke all former wills
executed by me and declare this to be my last will.  I bequeath the below
legacies to my niece Sarah Eleanor Gelling the sum of five hundred
pounds.
To my niece Maggie Esther Joughin the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds.
To my brother Daniel Kinnish one hundred pounds.
To my brother Robert Kinnish twenty pounds
To Esther Kinnish wife of Alfred Kinnish of ninety Green Gate Barrow in
Furness joiner the sum of twenty pounds.
To my nephew John James Gelling the sum of ten pounds
To my great niece Maggie Quinney the sum of five pounds.
To my great niece Annie Quinney the sum of five pounds.
To my niece Alice Elizabeth Garrett the sum of five pounds.
I devise and bequeath the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal
estate unto my niece the said Sarah Eleanor Gelling and appoint her sole
executrix hereof and I declare that any legacy left to a female under this
my will shall be for her sole and separate use free from the debts controls
and obligation of her present or any future husband.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty
sixth day of Nov 1898.  John Kinnish
Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last
will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request
and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as
witnesses.
