This is the Last Will and Testament
of me DANIEL CREER of Homeside Cottage Greeba in the parish
of German Farmer. I appoint my son EDWARD CREER and my son
in law JOSEPH CALLISTER (hereinafter called "my trustees")
to be the Trustees and Executers of this my Will. I hereby 
revoke all wills and Testamentary writings by me at any time 
heretofore made and do declare this only to be my Last Will 
and Testament. I bequeath to my daughter SARAH all my house-
hold furniture and household effects she paying thereout to
LILY JANE CREER who lives with me, the sum of FIVE POUNDS.
I leave to the said LILY JANE CREER the sum of FIFTY POUNDS
I leave and devise to my Trustees the residue of my 
estate real and personal upon trust to sell and convert the same
into money as soon as convenient after my death and after 
paying my debts and all costs charges and expenses in 
connection with the sale thereof and the winding up of my
estate including my funeral and testamentary expenses to
divide the net proceeds equally between my children and the
children then living of any of my children who may be then
dead.
IN WITNESS whereof I the said DANIEL CREER
have hereunto subscribed my name this the second day of
September one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine (1899)

Sheweth
That Daniel Creer of Glass 
Cottage Greba in the parish of German
died on the 8th day of January 1900
having first duly made and published
his last Will and Testament dated
the 8th day of January whereof
he appointed your petitioners the
executors.

That it is necessary that
probate of the said will should
be granted to your petitioners
wherefore your petitioners 
humbly pray a hearing 
and that your honour may be 
pleased to grant probate of
the said will to your
petitioners

Ordered that this petition do come to be heard at a
Court to be held at Douglas on Monday the 15th day of 
January 1900, at 11 oclock forenoon. Whereof all proper 
parties and persons are to have due and lawful notice.
