This is the last will and testament of me Catherine Qualtrough of Malew
Street Castletown spinster being of sound mind memory and understanding at
the making hereof.
I leave devise and bequeath to my eldest sister Margaret Qualtrough the
house and premises in which I now reside in Malew Street Castletown together
with the whole of my houshold furniture of every discription therein to be
for her own absolute use.
I also leave devise and bequeath all my money belonging to me to my sisters
the said Margaret Qualtrough and Isabella Qualtrough and Jane Qualtrough who
now reside at Kentraugh Mill in the parish of Rushen to be equally devided
between them after paying all my just debts and expenses.
I nominate and appoint my sisters Margaret Qualtrough and Jane Qualtrough
executrixes of this my last will.
In witness whereof I have here unto subscribed by name this day of October
16th one thousand eight hundred and ninety six (1896). Catherine Qualtrough

At a District Probate Session held at Castletown on the 11th November 1901.
Margaret Qualtrough having predeceased testatrix Jane Qualtrough of
Kentraugh Mill spinster and a sister of the testatrix sworn executrix.
11 Nov 1901 Jane Qualtrough, George Cubbon and William  James Clarke took
out a bond in the amount of Three hundred and fifty pounds.
