This is the last will and testament of me Mary Quayle of the Creig Moar in
the parish of Lezayre spinster which I make publish and declare in manner
following:
1st I leave and bequeath to my two brothers William and James the whole of
my share or moiety in all sheep, household furniture, and effects of
whatever kind nature or description, in which I have or hold any undivided
interest along with my said two brothers to be divided between them share
and share alike.
Lastly I leave and bequeath to my nephew John James Quayle son of my brother
Thomas the rest and remainder of my goods, chattels, invoices, cash, credits
and effects of whatever kind, nature, or description whatsoever and
wheresoever.  And I further nominate, constitute, ordain, and appoint him my
said nephew whole and sole executor and residuary legatee.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name or mark to my name
this the fourteenth day of December One thousand nine hundred 1900.

A bond in the amount of two hundred pounds taken out by John James Quayle
Ballaugh Glen in the parish of Ballaugh farmer and John Quine of Brough
Jairg in the parish of Ballaugh Farmer and William Lace Teare of the Post
Office Ballaugh on 13 May 1901.
At a District Probate Session held at Ramsey on the 13th May 1901.
The annexed paper writing dated the 14th day of December 1900 having been
proved to be the last will and testament of Mary Quayle late of the Creig
Moar in the parish of Lezayre spinster deceased who died on the 16th day of
March 1901.  John James Quayle of the Glen in the parish of Ballaugh Farmer
a nephew of the testatrix the executor therein named is sworn well and truly
to fulfil and execute the same and to administer the personal estate of the
said deceased according to law.    S. Stevenson Moore,  a judge of the said
court.
