Know all men that I, Margaret Qualtrough, of 81 Malew Street,
Castletown, Isle of Man, spinster, being of sound mind do hereby make
and publish my last will and testament in the following manner;
Revoking and annulling all dispositions of my property heretofore by me
made, I leave, devise, and bequeath to my three sisters, Catherine
Qualtrough, spinster, Isabella Qualtrough, spinster, and Jane Alicia
Qualtrough, spinster their heirs and assigns the whole of my properties,
estates, goods, and effects, of any and every description whatsoever to be
equally divided among them - one third part of the whole to each of
my aforesaid sisters.
I further nominate and appoint George Cubbin, of 22 Bowling Green Road,
Castletown, executor of this my last will and testament. Dated this
First day of August 1899. Margaret Qualtrough.

At a District Probate Session held at Castletown on the 11th Nov 1901. The
annexed paper writing dated the 1st day of August 1899 having been proved to
be the last will and testament of Margaret Qualtrough formerly of No 81
Malew Street in the town of Castletown, spinster, deceased,
who lately resided at Kentrough Mill in the parish of Rushen and died
there on the 17th day of August 1901. George Cubbon of No 22 Bowling Green
Road in the said town of Castletown the executor therein named is sworn well
and truly to fulfill and execute the same and to administer
the personal estate of the said deceased according to law.
