Malew 1901 No 95 This is the last will and testament of me John Quinney of Ballastrang in the parish of Malew Yeoman. Subject to my wifešs widow rights therein I devise my estate of Ballastrang aforesaid to my son James during the joint lives of himself and his wife and thereafter if he survive her I devise the said estate to him absolutely but if my said son predecease his said wife I devise the said estate to my nephew Cæsar Crellin of Cronkbreck in the parish of German subject to a life interest for my said son's wife until she shall marry again in one quarter of the rents during her life of my wife and a life interest of one half of the rents after my wifešs death. I devise and residue of my real estate to my son James absolutely. I give and bequeath my personal estate equally between my said son and my wife and I appoint my said son James executor hereof. I declare that the provisions made for my wife herein are in full of her rights as my widow. I revoke all former wills at any time heretofore made by me and declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty seventh day of September one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine (1899). John Quinney Witness: Edward R Clague J. W.
