          I James Gill of Maycroft Laxey
In the Parish of Lonan, being of sound 
mind memory and understanding
do make this my last Will and Testament
in manner following hereby revoking
and cancelling all wills heretofore
made by me.
	       First I leave devise and 
bequeath to my daughter Margaret Gill
the sum of twenty five pounds and 
the whole of my Household Furniture
in “Maycroft” Laxey. Next I leave 
devise and bequeath the sum of twenty
five pounds to my daughter Emily
Uren. Next I leave devise and bequeath
the whole of my real estate of whatsoever
nature or description and also the 
whole of the remainder of my personal
Estate to my son John Gill as his own
absolutely.
   Lastly I nominate, constitute 
and appoint my son John Gill sole
Executor of this my last Will and 
Testament and have hereunto subscribed
my name this the twenty sixth day of 
February in the year nineteen hundred.
