The joint will and testament of Charles and Jane Hutchin of Ballacallin
Patrick IOM
This is the last will and testament also settlement of us Charles
Hutchin (husband) and Jane Hutchin (wife) of Ballacallin in the parish of
Patrick IOM.  Hereby revoking and annulling all wills codicils and other
testamentary acts heretofore made or passed by us or either of us.
It is our last will wish or desire that the last living of us shall keep and
remain in possession of the whole of our estate to hold and use to the
day of death and on the death of the survivor our wish and will is a
follows:
1. We will and bequeath to our son John now resident in America the sum of
one hundred and fifty pounds sterling (150)
2.  We give and bequeath to the three daughters of our late daughter Ann the
sum of twenty one pounds sterling (21) in equal shares of seven pounds each
7 each.
3.  We give and bequeath to our grandson Daniel son of our son John the sum
of seven pounds sterling(7).
4.  We give and bequeath to our son Thomas the sum of three hundred pounds
sterling (300).
5.  We give and bequeath to our son Charles Henry the sum of forty pounds
sterling(40).
6.  We give and bequeath to our grandson John William Hutchin the sum of
thirty pounds (30)
7.  We give and bequeath to our daughter Eleanor that house in Peel in the
parish of German situate in the lower end of Market Street facing the
Grammar and Mathematical School at present in the occupancy of Robert Gorry
also the meadow or claddagh situate in  the said parish of German. 8. We
give devise and bequeath to our granddaughter Eleanor Jane daughter of
William and Elinor Quirk of Ballachrink in the parish of
Patrick our estate of land, house, and other buildings in Ballacallin in
the parish of Patrick also all goods chattels in or on the same the whole
viz the land house goods and chattels to be for own use and benefit and
to be hers absolutely.
And we hereby nominate and appoint William Quirk  of Ballachrink in the
parish of Patrick our son in law to be executor of this our will and we
make him also residuary legatee.
In witness hereof we have hereunto set our hands this first day of June One
thousand Nine Hundred and One.

Signed and delivered by the testator and testatrix as and for their last
will and testament who in their presence and in the presence of each of
us and of witnesses all being present at the same time have hereunto set our
