This is the last Will and Testament of me William Corrin od No.39 Arbory Street, 
in the Town of Castletown, widower, I being of sound mind and memory at the 
making hereof and revoking all Wills by one herefore made.

I nominate and appoint my son Richard James Corrin to be Executor of this my Will.

After the payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses

I leave and bequeath to my daughter Ann the wife of John George Quilliam the sum of Sixty Pounds.

I leave and bequeath to my son John Thomas Corrin the sum of Fice Pounds.

I leave and bequeath to my daughter Edith Jane the Wife of John Quayle the sum od Twenty Pounds.

I leave and bequeath to my son William Corrin the sum of Five Pounds.

I leave and bequeath to my son Joseph Benjamin Corrin the sum of Five Pounds.

I leave and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth the wife of William Bridson the sum of One hundred 
and seventy pounds but in case my said daughter Elizabeth should predecease her husband the said 
William Bridson then  I direct that the said sum of One hundred and seventy pounds shall be 
divided equally amongst her three children.

I leave devise and bequeath to my said son Richard James Corrin the dwelling house and premises 
situate and being number 39 Arbory Street in the said Town of Castletown and in which I now reside.

I also leave devise and bequeath to my said son Richard James Corrin the whole of the residue of 
my estate real and personal of every kind and description whatsoever and wheresoever the same may 
be of which I may die possessed or to which I may become entitled absolutely.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this Eighth day of July One thousand 
nine hundred and one.
