The humble petition of Margaret Elizabeth Cubbon of Mona Street in
the town of Peel widow.
Sheweth:  That Thomas Henry Cubbon late of the city of Cleveland County of
Cuyahoga Ohio United states of America (your petitioners late
husband) departed this life at Cleveland, aforesaid, on or about the 1st
day of June 1900 having first duly made and published his last will and
testament dated the 14th day of January 1893 which will was proved at the
probate court for the County of Cuyahoga in the state of Ohio held at
Cleveland on the 19th day of June 1900 before Judge Henry C. White, and
administration with the will annexed of the estate of the said deceased was
granted to your petitioner
That your petitioner by the tenor of said will is the executrix thereof
and your petitioner is desireous of obtaining probate of the said will.
Whereof your petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof, and that your Honor
may be pleased to grant probate of the said will to your petitioner and such
other and further relief as is meet in the premises.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard before me at a court to be
holden at Peel on Monday the 19th day of January 1903

I Thomas H. Cubbon of the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and
state of Ohio, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish
and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking all
wills by me heretofore made.
Item 1st My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
out of my estate so soon after my decease as shall be found most convenient.
Item 2nd I give devise bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret E. Cubbon
all my personal property of every kind and description and where ever
situated to her and her heirs absolutely and forever.
Item 3rd I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Margaret E. Cubbon all
my real estate situated in the city of Cleveland County of Cuyahoga and
state of Ohio and all my real estate situated in the parish of Kirk Malew
in the Isle of Man to her and her heirs forever in fee simple.
In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal to this my last
will and testament this 14th day of January A. D. 1893.  Thomas H.
