This is the last Will and Testament
of me Elizabeth Killip of Clanaugh
Road Sulby in the Parish of
Lezayre, Spinster.
I give devise and bequeath
to my sister Catherine Killip who
now resides with me all my lands
houses cattle furniture money
and other effects including under
such description all my real and
personal estate and effects whatsoever
and wheresoever for her the said
Catherine Killip's own use and
benefit absolutely.
I nominate constitute and appoint
my said sister Catherine Killip
executrix of this my last Will and
Testament hereby revoking all other
and former Wills by me heretofore
made and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament. In witness
whereof I have hereunto subscribed
my name this Eighteenth day of
April one thousand eight hundred
and ninety.

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE
Common Law Division (Testamentary Jurisdiction)
WILL OF Elizabeth Killip of the Clenagh
Road in the parish of Lezayre, spinster.
KNOW all men by these presents that we Catherine
Killip of Tower Rd. in the town of Ramsey widow,
Ann Jane Pass of Tower Rd. aforesaid widow
and Philip Lace of Ballachurry in the
parish of Jurby
are jointly and severally and any two of us jointly bound unto our
Sovereign Lord the King in the sum of Ten
Pounds (£ 10)
to the payment wherof well and truly to be made to our said
Lord the King, his heirs and successors, we bind and oblige ourselves
jointly and severally, and any two of us jointly, our Executors and
Administrators, firmly by these presents.
As witness our subscriptions the 9th day of
November in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and three.
THE CONDITION of our obligation is such that if the
above-named Catherine Killip
(hereinafter called 'the Executrix') who seeks to obtain a grant of
Probate of the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Killip
of the Clenagh Road, spinster late of
the Clenagh Road in the parish of Lezayre,
but now deceased, who died at Lezayre
on or about the 15th day of May, 1903,
do when lawfully called on in that behalf, make or cause to be made
a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the personal estate and effects
of the said deceased, which have or shall come into her hands
possession, or knowledge, or into the hands of any other person for her
and the same so made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, into the proper
Registry in that behalf whenever required by law so to do: And the same
personal estate and effects, of the said deceased, which shall at any time come
into the hands or possession of the Executrix, or into the hands of any
other person or persons for her or which without default might have
come into the hands or possession of the Executrix, do well and truly
administer according to law, that is to say, do pay the debts and liabilities of
the said deceased so far as the said personal estate will extend and the law
bind the Executrix, then this obligation to be void and of no effect, or
else to remain in full force and virtue.

The executing parties to the foregoing Bond
acknowledged the same to be their Act and Deed.

dated the 18th day of April
1890 having been proved to be
the last will and testament of
Elizabeth Killip late of the
Clenagh Road in the Village of
Sulby Parish of Lezayre, spinster
deceased who died on the 15th day
of May 1903 at Lezayre
aforesaid Catherine Killip of
Tower Road in the Town of Ramsey
widow, a sister of the Testatrix
the Executrix herein named is
sworn well and truly to fulfil
and execute the same and to
administer the personal estate of
the said deceased according to
Law.
