To his Honor Stewart Stevenson Moore, Esquire, Deemster and a judge of such
Division
The humble petition of Patrick Clague of Poortown in the parish of
German Blacksmith.
Sheweth as follows:
1. Robert Clague of Poortown in the parish of German, Blacksmith,
father of your petitioner died on or about the 28th day of January 1904
intestate.
2. It is necessary that Letter of Administration of his personal estate
and effects should be granted to some fit and proper person
Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your Honour
may be pleased to grant Letters of Administration of the personal estate and
effects of the said Robert Clague deceased to your petitioner or to some
other fit and proper person and your petitioner will ever pray. L. Fred

Order that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be held at
Peel on Monday the 21st day of March 1904 at 10:15 forenoon whereof all
proper parties and persons to have due and lawful notice.
