Common Law Division   Testamentary Jurisdiction

At a court holden in
Castletown on the 5th
day of December 1910

The annexed paper writing dated
18th day of August 1904 having been
proved on the 21st day of November
1904 as the last will and testament 
of James Creer late of Colby in the
parish of Arbory miner deceased who
died on the 19th day of August 1904 
at Colby aforesaid and probate whereof
was granted to Margaret Creer widow
the relief of the his Executrix
named in the said will and if this
day appointing that the said Margaret 
Creer hath since departed this life
without having fully administered the
personal estate and effects of the said
James Creer deceased. This court
hath therefore granted administration as
bonis non (with his said will annexed) 
of the personal estates and effects of
the said James Creer deceased to
Edward Martin of Tower Hill in the 
town of Castletown accountant and
accordingly he is sworn well and
faithfully to administer the personal
estate and effects of the said
James Creer deceased so left unadministered
as aforesaid in terms of his
said will and according to Law.

This is the last will and testament of me
James Creer of Colby in the parish of Arbory, miner
I being of sound mind memory and understanding
at the making hereof and hereby revoking all wills
by me heretofore at any time made.
I leave devise and bequeath all my real and
personal estate of every description and kind
and wheresoever the same may be situate unto
my wife Margaret Creer and to her heirs and
assigns absolutely and I nominate and
appoint my said wife whole and sole executrix
of this my will. In witness whereof I have herewith
subscribed my name this eighteenth day of August
one thousand nine hundred and four (1904)
