This the last will and testament of me John Quaggin of Thalloovell in the
parish of Malew I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary
writings at any time heretofore executed by me and declare this only to
be my last will and testament.
I give and devise to my son Herbert my estate of Boayl Willee in the
parish of Marown lying between the estates of Ballanicholas and
Ballacollin and adjoining on the north the Ballanicholas higher road
together with all buildings thereon erected including by the foregoing
description the whole of my real estate in the parish of Marown To hold
to my said son Herbert his heirs and assigns forever.
I give and devise to my son Evan my estate of Thalloovell in the parish of
Malew and all the rest of my real estate wheresoever situate subject
however to the payment to my son Edward of the sum of twenty five pounds a
year for his natural life such sum being payable half yearly and the first
payment to be made within six months after my decease.
I give and bequeath the whole of my personal estate to my two sons Herbert
and Edward absolutely in equal shares.
And I appoint my said sons Herbert and Edward executors of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty
sixth day of September one thousand nine hundred and five.

At a court held at Douglas on the 13th day of November 1905.
The annexed paper writing dated the 26th day of September 1905 having been
proved to be the last will and testament of John Quaggin late of Thalloovell
in the parish of Malew Farmer deceased who died on the 10th day of October
1905 at Thalloovell aforesaid. Herbert Quaggin and
Edward Quaggin both of Thalloovell aforesaid farmers sons of the
testator the executors therein named are sworn well and truly to fulfil
and execute the same and to administer the personal estate of the said
deceased according to law.
