This is the last will and testament of me George Joseph Teare of Ballacregga
in the parish of Bride farmer.  I revoke all former wills and I nominate
constitute and appoint my dear wife and my son William to be
the executors of this my will.  I devise and bequeath all my real and
personal estate of every nature kind and description whatsoever and
wheresoever and the rents issues income and profits thereof unto my
said wife until the Twelfth day of November next after my decease and
thereafter for the period of twelve years thence next ensuing if she
shall so long live and shall remain my widow and unmarried;  She
maintaining and educating my infant children.  And upon the expiration of
the said period if my said wife shall be then be living and shall be my
widow and unmarried I devise one moiety of the said real estate to my
said wife for and during the term of her natural life and so long as she
shall remain my widow and unmarried and subject thereto and also to
the said period I devise the whole of the said real estate to my heir  at
law and on the expiration of the said period and in the same event I
bequeath one moiety of the said personal estate to my said wife
absolutely and the other moiety I bequeath in equal shares to my children
other than the child who shall be my heir at law.  In case my said wife
shall died or marry again during the said period then upon such death or
second marriage I bequeath the whole of the said personal estate in
equal shares to my children other than the child who shall be my heir at
law. I declare that the benefits hereby given to my said wife shall be in
lieu of and substitution for all right of dower and otherwise as my
widow.  As witness my name the 18th day of February One thousand nine
hundred and five
