This is the last will and testament 
of me Richard Shimmin of Vaish 
Moar in the Parish of German 
I hereby revoke all wills and 
testamentary instruments heretofore 
by me made. I appoint my wife 
Ann Jane Shimmin to be the 
Executrix of this my will. I direct 
my executrix to pay my just debts
and funeral and testamentary 
expenses.
I give and bequeath to the said 
Ann Jane Shimmin my wife all
my money and property of what 
nature and kind soever provided she remain in 
my name, otherwise she shall forfeit half. 
In witness whereof I have to 
this my last will set my hand this 
the 17th Day of March one thousand 
nine hundred and four (1904)
