In the goods of Robert Taubman deceased.
To His honor Charles Thomas Cheslyn Callow on of His Majesty's
Deemsters and a Judge of the said Division.
The humble petition of Fanny Taubman of Hampstead in the county of Middlesex
widow.
Sheweth:
1. Robert Taubman of Hampstead in the county of Middlesex (husband of your
petitioner) departed this life on or about the 30th day of October 1905
having first made an published his last will and testament bearing date the
13th day of February 1882 whereof he appointed your petitioner sole
executrix.
1a.  Probate of the said will in England was on the 27th day of November
1905 at the Principal Probate Registry granted to your petitioner.
2.  Your petitioner  is desirous of obtaining probate of the said will and
to be sworn executrix thereunder in the Isle of Man.
Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your Honor
may be pleased to grant probate of the said will in the Isle of Man
to Your petitioner and your petitioner will every pray.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be held at
Ramsey on Monday the 26th day of March 1906 at 10 30 o'clock forenoon
Whereof all proper parties and persons are to have due and lawful notice.
Given at Ramsey this 24th day of March 1906.
