The humble petition of Charles Nixon of Ballanhowe inthe parish of
Rushen.
Sheweth:  Florence Elizabeth Nixon daughter of your petitioner died on or
about the 10th day of October 1904 a minor and a spinster.
It is necessary that Letters of administration of the estate and effects
of the said Florence Elizabeth Nixon should be granted to some fit and
proper person or persons wherefore your petitioners humbly pray a hearing
hereof and that your honor may be pleased to grant
administration of the estate and effects of the said deceadent to your
petitioner with such other and further relief as it meet and petitioners
will ever pray.
Bond taken out by Charles Nixon of Ballnahowe and James Gawne of
Glenlea in the said parish of Rushen and John Moore of Athol Street Port
St Mary in the parish of Rushen sum twenty five pounds on eighth day of July
1907.
