This is the last will and testament of me John Henry Cain of Ballagyr in
the parish of German farmer.
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate to my wife
Eleanor Margaret Cain absolutely and I appoint her sole executrix hereof.
Witness my name this sixth day of July one thousand eight hundred and eighty

Bond in amount of 4000 pounds taken out by Eleanor Margaret Cain of
Ballaquane Road in the town of Peel widow, Eleanor Cain of Ballaquane
Road aforesaid and John Cannell Cowley of Sea View Terrace in the
Village and parish of Onchan on 30 Apr 1907.
