I David Harrison of Fern Villa, Laxey in the parish of Lonan, being of
sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament
in manner following hereby revoking and cancelling all wills heretofore made
by me.
Alice Maria Gasden, her heirs and assigns the whole of my real estate
situate in Rooseville, Coonamble, New South Wales, Australia, as her
own absolutely.
Next I leave devise and bequeath to my housekeeper Elise Carpetier (in
the event of her being my housekeeper at the time of my decease) the whole
of my person estate in the Isle of Man of whatsoever nature or description
as her own absolutely.
I also hereby stipulate that my hereinafter mentioned executor shall not
be held liable for any loss that my be sustained by the failure of any
Bank in which the testators money may be.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint John Thomas Cowin of the Glen Laxey
in the said parish of Lonan, agents, executor, of this my last will
and testament and have hereunto subscribed my name this the eleventh day of
October in the year one thousand nine hundred and six.
