Douglas 1907 No 146 This is the last will and testament of me John Radcliffe at present residing at Number One Kingswood Grove in the town of Douglas Boardinghouse Keeper and I do hereby revoke all former wills by me heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament. I leave and devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann Radcliffe all my real and personal estate household furniture and effects, cash in banks or that may be placed by me into security shares in any limited company or cooperative society or any other that may belong to me at the time of my death or that may come into my possession by heirship otherwise of whatsoever nature or wheresoever found moveable or immovable the same to be held by her in her own absolute right and to be disposed by her in such manner as she may deem right. I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Mary Ann Radcliffe my whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament as witness my signature this the sixth day of November 1905.
