To his Honor Stuart Stevenson Moore Esquire His
Majesty's First Deemster of the said Isle and a Judge of the
said Division.
In the Goods of William Killip late of Orry's Mount
Laxey in the parish of Lonan deceased.
The humble petition of WILLIAM
CORROOIN of Orry's Mount Laxey
in the parish of Lonan.
Sheweth,
William Killip late of Orry's Mount Laxey in the
parish of Lonan departed this life of the 30th day of July
1907 a widower having first duly made and published his
Last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the 4th day
of June 1907 whereof he appointed Your Petitioner sole
Executor.
Your Petitioner is now desirous of having the said
Will proved and obtaining a grant of Probate thereof.
Wherefore Your Petitioner humbly prays
a hearing hereof and that Your Honor may
be pleased to grant probate of the said
Will of the said William Killip to Your
Petitioner with such other/and further
relief as is meet and Petitioner
well ever pray etc. etc.

The annexed paper writing dated
4th day of June 1907 having been
proved to be the last Will and
Testament of William Killip late
of Orrys Mount Laxey in the parish
of Lonan miner deceased who died
on the 30th day of July 1907 at
of Orrys Mount aforesaid. William
Corrooin also of Orrys Mount
aforesaid the Executor therein
named is sworn well and truly to
fulfill and execute the same and to
administer the personal estate of the
said deceased according to law.

I William Killip of Orry's Mount, Laxey, in
the parish of Lonan, miner, being of sound mind
memory and understanding do make this my last
Will and Testament in manner following hereby
revoking and cancelling all Wills heretofore made
by me.
First I leave devise and bequeath the
the whole of my real and personal estate of
whatsoever nature or description to William
Cojeen of New Road, Laxey, in parish of Lonan
Store Manager, to hold to him and his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in trust, he and
they thereout maintaining and bringing up my
youngest son Edwin Caleb Killip at his trade
until he attains twenty one years of age.
In trust that when my said son Edwin Caleb
Killip is twenty one years of age the said William
Cojeen shall realize the whole of my real
and personal Estate then remaining and shall
divide the same equally and proportionally
between my three sons, namely, John Wilfred Killip
William Killip and Edwin Caleb Killip each to the other
alike. I also order and direct that the
said William Cojeen for his services as trustee
of my Estate shall receive the sum of
five pounds. Moreover I also order and
that neither William Cojeen as trustee
aforesaid, nor my herinafter mentioned Executor
shall be held liable for any loss that may be
sustained by reason of any failure of any bank in
which my money may be place.
Immediately after my hereinafter mentioned Executor
shall have paid the whole of my just debts,
testamentary and other expenses he shall hand
over the balance remaining of my personal
Estate to my aforementioned trustee.
Lastly I nominate, constiture and appoint
William Corrooin of Minorca, Laxey, shoemaker
Executor of this my last Will and Testament and have
hereunto subscribed my name this fourth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred and seven (1907)
