This is the last will and testament of me Eliza Hudson at present
residing at Number Fifty Malew Street in the town of Castletown widow
and I do hereby revoke all former testamentary writings heretofore made by
me and declare this only to be my last will and testament.
I leave and bequeath to my niece Emily Bishop of 3 Russell Square Leicester
the sum of three hundred pounds and all my household furniture feather beds
parlour clock, toilet glasses, and china, glass and all other ware to me
belonging pictures, ornaments, and cutlery, my jewelry and
all my wearing apparel of whatsoever description I leave and bequeath to
Eliza Lee Bishop daughter of my niece Emily Bishop all cash, shares and
all my interest in anyway standing at to my credit in the "Credit Union
Bank" Renshaw Street Liverpool the same to be held by her in her own
absolute right.  I leave and bequeath to my nephew Arthur Lee of Douglas the
sum of two hundred pounds and in the event of him predeceasing me I decree
that the legacy of two hundred pounds shall be placed in one of
the Insular Banks or other Security and the interest accruing there from
shall also be secured until his youngest child is twenty one years of age
and then the same to be equally divided between such children in equal
shares, share and share alike.
I leave devise and bequeath to Lucy Miller, Emily Miller and Gertrude
Miller the sum of  five pounds each all of Holloway House Heybridge
Maldon Essex England
I leave and bequeath Annie Adamson wife of William Adamson the sum of five
pounds
I leave and bequeath to Thomas Curphey and his daughter Annie Curphey
of 19 Mill Street Maccelsfield the sum of five pounds each.
I leave and bequeath to Theophilus Hogg of Alpine Terrace Onchan the
sum of forty pounds whom I also appoint my executor of this my will.
I leave devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate
real or personal of whatsoever nature or wheresoever found to my nephew
Arthur Lee the same to be held by him - his own absolute right.  I nominate
constitute and appoint Theophilus Hogg of Alpine Terrace
Onchan my whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament.
As witness my signature this the third day of October One thousand nine
