To His Honor Deemster Callow
The humble petition of William Lace Radcliffe of the Village in the
parish of Andreas - saddler.
Sheweth:
1.  Benjamin Radcliffe of No. 1 Waterloo Road in the town of Ramsey retired
Insurance agent died on the 3rd day of March 1909 intestate.
It is necessary that administration of the estate of the said Benjamin
Radcliffe should be granted to some fit and proper person and your
petitioner is desirous that the same may be granted to him.
Wherefore your petitioner humbly prays a hearing hereof and that your Honor
may be pleased to grant Letters of Administration of the estate of the said
Benjamin Radcliffe to your petitioner and he will ever pray.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at an court to be held
at Ramsey on Monday the 15th day of March 1909 at 11-20 O'clock forenoon.
Whereof all proper parties and persons are to have due and lawful notice.

Bond of one hundred and thirty pounds with Wm Lace Radcliffe of the village
of the parish of Andreas, saddler, William Percy Cowley of the
town of Ramsey advocate and Charles Halsall Kee of East Street Ramsey,
Watchmaker, entered into bond 3 Mar 1909.
