The humble Petition of
Daniel Creer of
Baldrine in the
parish of Lonan
postman
Sheweth as follows:
Your petitioner’s mother Sarah
Creer late of Baldrine in the parish
of Lonan widow died on or about
the 24th day of May 1909
intestate
Wherefore your
petitioner humbly
prays a hearing
hereof and that
your Honor may
be pleased to
grant administration
of the estate and
effects of the said
Sarah Creer to
your petitioner
And your
petitioner will ever
pray etc etc.
Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be
holden at Douglas on Monday the 28th day of
June 1909 at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon whereof
all proper parties and person to have due notice.

authorise Llewellyn Kneale Advocate or
any person authorised by him to appear
for us at any court after this date and
consent to administration of the estate
and effects of the said Sarah Creer being
granted to Daniel Creer of Baldrine
aforesaid postman.

At a court holden at Ramsey on the 1st day of May 1911

MARGARET CORLETT Plaintiff
and
DANIEL Creer administrator of the
Estates of Rechab Creer deceased
and Sarah Creer deceased Defendant
Upon hearing this cause in the presence of the parties or
their advocates and upon consideration had thereof this Court
doth presume that John Creer formerly of 21 Butterfield
Street Liverpool ships steward son of Rechab Creer of Liver-
pool aforesaid and of Baldrine in the parish of Lonan and
Sarah his wife died a bachelor in the lifetime of his said
father Rechab Creer now deceased and of his mother the said
Sarah Creer also now deceased and It is hereby ordered and
adjudged (1) that the said defendant Daniel Creer as adminis-
trator of the estate of the said Rechab Creer do pay to or
for the use of the said Plaintiff the sum of Fourteen pounds
in the hands of the defendant being the balance of the
distributive share due to the Plaintiff as one of the next
of kin of the said Rechab Creer deceased with interest thereon
at Four pounds per centum per annum from the 7th day of
September 1903 until paid and (2) that the said defendant as
administrator of the estate of Sarah Creer deceased do pay to
of for the use of the said plaintiff the sum of Fifty eight
pounds fourteen shillings and ten pence in the hands of the
said defendant being the distributive share due to the said
plaintiff as one of the next of kin of the said Sarah Creer
deceased with interest thereon at Four pounds per centum per
annum from the 24th day of May 1910 until paid.

Received from the within named Defendant DANIEL Creer the
sum of SEVENTY POUNDS FIFTEEN SHILLINGS and ONE PENNY in full
discharge and satisfaction of the foregoing judgement and the
interest accrued thereon to this date and all costs and
expenses in connection therewith or in anywise relating thereto.
