This is the last will and testament of me Cæsar John Wattleworth
Senior of Ballawattleworth in the parish of German Farmer. I revoke all
prior wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this
to be my last will and testament. I appoint Robert Wattleworth of
Northop in the parish of German Farmer and Edward Thomas Christian of the
town of Peel Bank Agent to be executors of this my will. I confirm a
certain Indenture of Sale in Trust bearing equal date herewith made between
myself of the one part and the said Robert Wattleworth and Edward Thomas
Christian of the other part. I bequeath to my son Robert Wattleworth the
whole of my live and dead agricultural and farm stock
and growing crops subject however to payment of the whole of my debts and
funeral and testamentary expenses. I bequeath the whole of the household
furniture and effects plate, books, picture prints and other articles of
household or personal use or ornament of which I shall die possessing to my
five children Eleanor Elizabeth Christian, Cæsar John Wattleworth Junior,
Charles Henry Wattleworth, Evelyn Alice Margaret Wattleworth and Robert
Wattleworth to be divided between them as
nearly as may be in equal share and if any dispute shall arise concerning
the division then such division shall be made by my executors whose
determination shall be final.
I bequeath my shares in Peel Town Building Company and the Peel Gas
Light Company to my daughter Evelyn Alice Margaret Wattleworth for her own
sole and separate use free from marital control debts or
engagement. I direct that if the Promissory Note for Two Hundred
Pounds dated the Second day of November One Thousand Nine Hundred passed by
me to my said son Robert Wattleworth shall remain unpaid and outstanding at
my decease my executors shall get in the amount due thereunder and apply the
same in reduction of the mortgage encumbering my estate of Ballig in the
parish of German. I bequeath my residuary personal estate to my said five
children equally between them.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this Twenty
Sixth day of November One Thousand Nine Hundred and Four.

The annexed paper writing dated 26th day of November 1904 having been proved
to be the last will and testament of Cæsar John Wattleworth Senior late of
Ballawattleworth in the parish of German farmer deceased who died on the
15th day of August 1910 at Ballawattleworth aforesaid. Robert Wattleworth of
Northop in the said parish of German farmer or
son of the testator and Edward Thomas Christian of the town of Peel
Bank Agent the executors therein named are sworn well and truly to
fulfil and execute the same and to administer the personal estate of the
said deceased according to law.
