I Robert Kelly of Ballavagher in the Parish
 of Patrick, Miner, do make my Will as
follows:- I leave, bequeath, and devise all
my real estate to my wife Sarah, for the 
term of her natural life, and at her death 
to be equally divided among my children
then surviving.
All my personal estate of every description
I leave to my wife Sarah absolutely.
I hereby appoint my wife the said Sarah absolutely whole and sole executrix of this my 
last Will and Testament, made this Twenty Second day of December One
Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety two

Robert Kelly died 21st January 1910 at Ballaquayle, Patrick.
Probate granted to Sarah Kelly widow and Sarah Jane Kelly and Margaret Ann Kelly 
Spinsters all of Ballaquayle, Patrick

                                            At Douglas the 12th day of
                                            January 1938

    It appearing that the annexed paper writing dated the 22nd day of December 1892 was 
proved on the 9th day of May 1910 as the last Will and Testament of Robert Kelly late of 
Ballavagher in the Parish of Patrick, miner, deceased, who died on the 21st day of January 
1910 at Ballaquayle in the said Parish of Patrick and that probate of the said will was 
granted to Sarah Kelly the sole executrix named in the said Will who has since died 
without having fully administered the same
    Administration de bonis non (with the Will annexed) of the personal estate and effects 
of the said Robert Kelly deceased is therefore granted to Robert Ernest Kelly of Moore's 
Cottage in the said Parish of Patrick, Milkroundsman, son and Sarah Jane Kelly of 
Shenvalley in the said parish of Patrick, married woman, daughter of deceased and 
accordingly they are sworn well and truly to admunister the personal estate and effects of 
the said deceased so left unadministered in terms of his said Will and according to Law.
