I Margaret Creer, widow of James Creer
of Colby, Arbory, do make and publish my
last will and testament, in manner fol-
lowing, that is to say:-

I hereby revoke and cancel every former 
will by me heretofore made.

I give devise and bequeath my Dwelling
House Buildings Garden and premises
at Colby in the parish of Arbory to my step-
son Caesar Creer, of Liverpool, and he is
to pay forty pounds on possessing the said
property, namely ten pounds to his brother
Thomas Creer, ten pounds to his sister
Emma Gorry, ten pounds to his nephew
James, son of Sam Creer, and ten pounds
to his sister in law Margaret Creer, 
widow, these several sums to be a good
lien charge and encumbrance on the
before mentioned property.

I nominate and appoint John Griffin
of Ballavear in the parish of Rushen
sole Executor of this my will.

I leave the following pecuniary legacies
to be paid with all convenient speed after
my decease, namely:-
To Mrs Bramwell Cubbon, five pounds
To Mrs Rebecca Clarke, five pounds
To her sister Isaline Kennah, five pounds
To Mrs John Kennah, Liverpool, five pounds

I leave and bequeath all the rest of
my goods monies and effects of every
description to my niece Elizabeth Griffin
wife of John Griffin, of Ballavear, the
Executor of this my will.

As witness my name hereto, this 18th
day of October, 1906.

Know all men by these presents that James
Creer, (son of Samuel Creer), now residing
at Ballasalla in the parish of Malew, doth
hereby own and acknowledge to have re-
ceived from his uncle, Caesar Creer, now re-
siding at Garston, near Liverpool, the sum
of Ten pounds sterling, (paid to him by
Edward Martin of Castletown), being amount
of a legacy left to the said James Creer, in
and by the will of Margaret Creer, widow,
late of Colby, in the parish of Arbory, and
Probate of which said will is dated the 21st
day of November 1910, the said legacy being
secured and made chargeable upon all and
singular a certain Dwelling house and pre-
mises situate at Colby in the said parish
of Arbory, and devised to the said Caesar
Creer, in and by the said will.
And the said James Creer doth hereby
exonerate discharge and release the said
Caesar Creer and the said dwelling house
and premises, from all further claim
liability or demand in anywise what-
soever in respect of the said legacy of ten
pounds, and he doth hereby direct that
the same may be cancelled upon record

Know all men by these presents that Margaret
Creer, widow, now residing at No 41 Lyell Street
Everton, in the city of Liverpool, doth hereby 
own and acknowledge to have received from 
Caesar Creer of Garston, near Liverpool, (from 
Edward Martin of Castletown his agent) the 
sum of Ten pounds sterling, being amount
of a legacy left to the said Margaret Creer, 
in and by the will of Margaret Creer, widow,
late of Colby, in the parish of Arbory in the
Isle of Man , and which said will was proved
on the 21st day of November 1910, the said 
legacy being secured and made chargeable upon 
a certain house and premises situate at Colby 
aforesaid and devised to the said Caesar Creer
And the said Margaret  Creer doth hereby exon-
erate discharge and release the said Caesar Creer 
and the said house and premises, from all further 
claim liability or demand in anywise what-
soever in respect of the said legacy of ten pounds,
and she doth hereby direct that the same may 
be and stand cancelled upon record
As witness whereof the said Margaret Creer
hath hereunto subscribed her name this 2nd 
day of January 1911.

Know all men by these presents that Emma
Gorry, wife of James Gorry, now residing 
at Glenohass, near Port St Mary, in the parish of
Rushen, doth hereby own and acknowledge to 
have received from Caesar Creer, now residing 
at No 5 Wharfedale Street, Speke Road, Garston, 
near Liverpool, (per Edward Martin his agent) 
the sum of Ten pounds sterling, being amount
of a legacy left to the said Emma Gorry, in and 
by the will of Margaret Creer, late of Colby, 
in the parish of Arbory, Probate of which said 
will is dated the 21st day of November 1910, the 
said sum of ten pounds being made chargeable 
upon a certain dwelling house and premises 
situate at Colby in the parish of Arbory aforesaid 
and which said dwelling house and premises 
were devised to the said Caesar Creer, in and
by the said will.
And the said Emma Gorry doth hereby exon-
erate discharge and release the said Caesar 
Creer and the said dwelling house and 
premises, from all further claim liability 
or demand in anywise whatsoever in res-
pect of the said charge of ten pounds, and s
he doth hereby direct that the same may 
be and stand cancelled upon record

December 1910.

we the undersigned, being the widow
and children of Thomas Creer, and
now residing at No 37 Bellamy Road,
Walton in the City of Liverpool, do
hereby own and acknowledge to have 
received from Caesar Creer now residing 
at Garston, near Liverpool, (paid to 
them by Edward Martin of Castletown
 his agent) the sum of Ten pounds 
sterling, being the amount of a leg-
acy left to the said Thomas Creer,
(now deceased) in and by the will 
of Margaret Creer, widow, late of Colby, 
in the Isle of Man, and Probate of
which said will is dated the 21st day 
of November 1910, the said legacy 
being secured and made chargeable 
upon all and singular, a certain 
dwelling house and premises situate 
at Colby aforesaid and devised to the 
said Caesar Creer, in and by the said will.
And the said several parties hereto
do and each of them doth hereby 
exonerate discharge and release the said 
Caesar Creer and the said Dwelling house 
and premises, from all further claim 
liability or demand in anywise what-
soever in respect of the said legacy of 
ten pounds, and they do hereby direct 
that the same may be cancelled upon 
record. In witness whereof they have 
hereunto subscribed their names this
