The humble petition of Thomas Edward Keig and Richard Teare Keig of
Ballacaine in the parish of Ballaugh farmers.
Sheweth:
1. That your petitioneršs mother Anne Keig late of Ballacaine aforesaid
widow died on the 23rd day of August 1911 having first duly made and
executed her last will and testament bearing date the 3rd day of September
1909 whereof she appointed Your petitioners executors.
2. That Your petitioners are desirous that Probate of the said Will
should be granted to them.
Wherefore Your petitioners humbly pray a hearing hereof and that Your Honour
may be pleased to grant Probate of the said will of the said Anne Keig to
Your Petitioners and they will every pray.

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be held at
Ramsey on Monday the 11th day of Dec 1911 at 11:20 o'clock forenoon. Whereof
all proper parties and persons are to have due and lawful notice. Given at
Ramsey this 11th day of December 1911.

This is the last will and testament of me Anne Keig of Ballacain in the
parish of Ballaugh widow being of sound mind memory and understanding
at the making hereof. I revoke all former wills and I nominate
constitute and appoint my sons Thomas Edward Keig and Richard Teare Keig to
be the executors of this my will. I give and bequeath to my daughter
Matilda Christian Keig for her sole and separate use all my household
furniture and effects and the sum of fifty pounds as legacy. I give and
bequeath the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate
of every nature kind and description to the said Thomas Edward Keig and
Richard Teare Keig in equal shares as tenants in common. As witness my name
the Third day of September one thousand nine hundred and nine 1909. Anne

the presence of us present at the time same time who at her request in her
sight and presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses.

The annexed paper writing dated the 3rd day of September 1909 having been
proved to be the last will and testament of Anne Keig late of
Ballacain in the parish of Ballaugh widow deceased who died on the 23rd
day of August 1911 at Ballacain aforesaid Thomas Edward Keig and Richard
Teare Keig of Ballacain aforesaid farmers sons of the testatrix the
executors therein named are sworn well and truly to fulfil and
execute the same and to administer the personal estate of the said deceased
according to law.
