This the last will and testament of me John Kinrade at present residing
at Grenaby Malew Isle of Man.
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property whatsoever and
wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever of or to which I shall
be seised possessed or entitled at the time of my decease unto my
cousin Emily Fargher for her own absolute use and benefit.  I also appoint
her executrix of this will.  Witness my hand this Third day of August One
thousand nine hundred and four.
