This is the last will and testament of William Thomas Moore of the
parish of Santan Isle of Man, joiner, being of sound disposing mind
memory and understanding at the making hereof.
I do hereby revoke all wills and testamentary writing by me at any time
heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last will and
testament.
I leave and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Eleanor Jane Moore the whole
of my real estate those lands and premises with all the out
building thereto belonging and commonly known as Ballagick in the
parish of Santon absolutely for her lifetime and on her decease to pass
to my son John James Moore absolutely on condition that when he comes into
possession the said John James Moore does immediately pay to my other sons
William Henry Moore, Charles Edwin Moore, Robert
Christopher Moore and Walter Bramwell Moore respectively the sum of twenty
pounds sterling each.
Also I leave and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Eleanor Jane Moore
the whole of my real estate those lands and premises with all out
buildings The Terrace in the parish of Santan and recently purchased by me
from James Lingley and wife of Manchester absolutely and forever.
And further I do leave and bequeath absolutely and for ever to my dearly
beloved wife Eleanor Jane Moore the whole of that house and all its
belonging whatsoever situate in Castle Street Douglas Isle of Man the
said house having been settled by will of her aunt on the said Eleanor
Jane Moore. Also I leave and bequeath to my son John James Moore aforesaid
the whole of my tools timber fixtures and plant in connection with my trade
as carpenter and joiner (nevertheless that is to say after
all just debts and testamentary expenses are paid first out of the same.
I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my dearly beloved wife Eleanor Jane
Moore aforesaid to be my  whole and sole executrix of this my last
will and testament and of all my personal estates wheresoever situate.
In witness whereof I the said William Thomas Moore have hereunto subscribed
my name this the thirteenth day of January One thousand nine hundred and
eleven 1911
