The humble Petition of
Robert William
Creer of Athol Street
in the Borough of Douglas
Marble Mason
Sheweth:
Robert Edward Creer late of
No “2” Rosemount in the borough of Douglas
Marble Mason and father of your
petitioner departed this life on the
4th day of June 1911 at No 2 Rosemount
aforesaid a Widower and intestate.
It is necessary that Letters of
Administration of the personal estate
and effects of the said deceadant
be granted to some fit and proper
person.
Wherefore your
petitioner humbly
prays a hearing hereof
and that you Honor
may be pleased to (grant)
Letters of Administration
of the personal estate and
effects of the said deceadant
to William Maltby Kerruish
of Athol Street in the
Borough of Douglas
Accountant or to such
other fit and proper
person with such other
and further relief as is meet
and petitioner will ever
pray etc etc.
Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be
holden at Douglas on Monday the 26th day of
June 1911 at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon whereof
all proper parties and person to have due notice.
