I William Bell of Malew Street Cas
tletown, retired shoemaker, do make my last
Will and Testament as follows, hereby revoking
every former will by me heretofore made
I give devise and bequeath to my wife
Margaret Bell the whole of the income of
my Real and Personal Estates for the term
of her natural life
Subject thereto I give devise and be
queath my properties in Castletown to
my children as follows: -
To my daughter Charlotte Ester Bell,
the dwelling houses, gardens and premises
now in my own occupation together with
the Household Furniture Goods and Effects
therein
To my daughter Margaret Ann Phillips
the dwelling house and premises situate at
the corner of Malew Street and the Crofts, now
occupied by Henry Kewley.
To my son Manfred Bell, the Dwelling
House and premises on the South side of
Queen Street, now occupied by Thomas Mylchreest
To my son Joseph Lewin Bell, the
Dwelling House and premises on the North
side of Queen Street, now occupied by W
Kissack
To my daughter Sarah Elson the Dwelling
House and premises on the North side of
Queens Street now occupied by James
Christian
Each of the properties to be posses
sed by my several children after the
death of my said wife Margaret Bell
I give devise and bequeath to my daugh
ter Charlotte Esther Bell the insurance money
and the club money, together with all
the remainder of my Personal Estate of
every description and I appoint her
the said Charlotte Esther Bell, sole execu
trix of this my last Will
As witness my name hereto this 15th day
of May 1908
