This is the last will and testament of me Stanley Cowley of the Clarence
Terrace Douglas Isle of Man.  I leave and bequeath unto my three
daughters Catherine Margaret, Nessie Maria and Harriett Elizabeth in
equal shares as tenants in common free from marital control and for
their sole and separate use the whole of my household furniture goods
and effects contained in the above mentioned dwelling house of Clarence
Terrace.  I desire further my said three daughters before named
inconsideration of receiving the furniture as above shall within 12
months (or as soon as conveniently thereafter but not to exceed eighteen
months) from my decease pay to my eldest daughter Frances Jane wife of John
Edward Coupe at present residing in United States of America the sum of
twenty pounds and to my fourth daughter Annie Isabella wife of Robert
Myerscough of this town the sum of twenty pounds and to my granddaughter
Marjorie Eileen daughter of the above named Annie
Isabella and Robert Myerscough the sum of five pounds.  Any other property
of which I stand possessed I leave to my eldest son to pay my just debts and
funeral expenses and I also appoint him my said son my executor.  As witness
my name this fifteenth day of November one thousand nine hundred and twelve
