This is the last will and testament of me Sarah Quine of No. 63 Derby Square
in the borough of Douglas widow.
I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me
and I appoint my daughter Frances Quine executrix hereof.
I bequeath all the personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever of or to which
I shall at the time of my death be possess or entitled or cover
which I shall have a general power of appointment or disposition by will
unto my said daughter Frances Quine for her own absolute use and
benefit.
I devise all the real estate whatsoever and wheresoever of or to which I
shall at the time of my death be seised or entitled or over which I shall
have a general power of appointment or disposition by will unto my four
daughters Frances Quine, Alice Inraskell, Elizabeth Qualtrough and Sarah
Killey and their heirs and assigns as tenants in common.
I declare that the property which each of my said daughters shall take under
this my will shall be for her sole and separate use independently
of her husband and of his debts control and engagements.
Witness my name hereunto subscribed this Thirteenth day of May one thousand
nine hundred and twelve.
