I Elizabeth Christian of Foxdale in the parish of Patrick being of sound
mind and memory and understanding do make my last will and testament
in manner following:
I leave and bequeath to my son Alfred Thomas Christian the sum of two
hundred pounds. I leave and bequeath the remainder of money to be
divided in equal shares on the sisters and brothers of Alfred Thomas
Christian.
In testamentary whereby I hereunto subscribe my name.  The is the Nineteenth
day of September One thousand nine hundred and eleven. Elizabeth Christian
Signed and acknowledged by the testator to be her last will and
testament in our presence and by us in her presence and in presence of each
other as witnesses

The humble petition of Alfred Thomas Christian of Lower Foxdale in the
parish of Patrick,
Louisa Alice Christian of Lower Foxdale aforesaid spinster and Emily
Jane Christian of Liverpool spinster.
Sheweth that Elizabeth Christian late of lower Foxdale in the parish of
Patrick, widow, but now deceased, departed this life on or about the
26th day of Jan 1913 having first duly made and published her last will
and testament dated the 29th day of September 1911  But whereof she
appointed no executor.
That your petitioners are desirous that Letters of Administration of the
estate of the said Elizabeth Christian deceased (with the said will
annexed) may be granted to the said Louisa Alice Christian daughter of
the said deceased.
Wherefore your petitioners humbly pray a hearing hereof and that your Honour
may be pleased to grant Letters of Adminisration of the estate of the said
Elizabeth Christian deceased (with the said will annexed) to the said Louisa
Alice Christian daughter of the said deceased and such other and further
relief as is meet in the premises
And Petitioners will pray

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard before me at a court to be
held at Peel on Monday the 24th day of Feb 1913.
Whereof all proper persons and parties are to have due and lawful notice.
