Patrick 1913 No 224 This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Quayle of Ballaquayle in the parish of Patrick, and at present residing at Raby. I revoke all former wills made by me, and declare this to be my last will and testament. I bequeath to my son Thomas Arthur Quayle my gold watch, and desire that at his death it shall pass to his heir at law. I bequeath also to the said Thomas Arthur Quayle all the furniture and effects at present belonging to me which were left at Glenaspet when we removed to Raby. I bequeath the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate to my daughter Laura Helen Quirk absolutely and appoint her sole executrix of this my will. In witness where I, the said Thomas Quayle, have hereunto subscribed my name this the twelfth day of June one thousand nine hundred and twelve. Thomas Quayle Witnesses: John Lancelot Quayle Violet May Watterson At a Court holden at Peel on the 30th day of Jun 1913 Laura Helen Quirk the executrix therein named and Richard Barton Quirk her husband having renounced the probate and executor of such will the court granted administration to Thomas Arthur Quayle of Ballachrink in the parish of German Gentleman a son of testator.
