This is the last will and testament of me
Ellen Radcliffe of Larvane in the parish of Andreas widow being of sound
mind memory and understanding at the making hereof I revoke all former wills
and I nominate constitute and appoint my son William Lace to be
the sole executor of this my will. I give and bequeath to my said son for
his trouble in winding up my affairs the sum of five pounds. I devise and
bequeath to my said son William Lace one bed and bedding to my son
Allen one bed and bedding I leave and bequeath the rest residue and
remainder of my household furniture and effects to my daughter Eda
Anne at present residing with me absolutely.   I give and bequeath to my
said daughter Eda Anne a certain deed of Bond and Security held by me on the
lands of Gordon Patrick for the sum of six hundred pounds which bond was
assigned to me by deed dated the 29th August 1908 by Edward Cannell
administrator of James Cannell with all interest due thereon.  I leave and
bequeath the following legacies namely to my son Walter
Kneen now in Chicago USA the sum of two hundred pounds as legacy. To
my said son Allen now in Liverpool the sum of two hundred pounds as legacy.
To my said daughter Eda Annie the sum of three hundred pounds as legacy. I
direct my executor to expend the sum of ten pounds in defraying my funeral
expenses.  I leave and bequeath the residue and remainder of my personal
estate to said son William Lace absolutely. It is my wish
that my said son Walter Kneen on receiving payment of the legacy bequeath to
him by this my will shall pay and discharge any debts that
may be due by him in respect of his building operations in the town of
Ramsey. As witness my name the Nineth day of January 1909.

Lace Radcliff executor of the will of Ellen Radcliff of Larivane
Andreas 200 pounds  dtd 10 Dec 1914.

Allan Radcliffe 100 County Road city of Liverpool received £200 dtd 29th
October 1914.
Eda Annie Radcliffe spinster of Andreas received £300 household furniture
and effects from William Lace Radcliffe dtd 26th day of
October 1914.
