The sum of one hundred pounds at present invested on a promissory note dated
the eleventh day August 1900 for one hundred pounds passed to me by my
brohter John Williams Moore for money lent to him which I received under the
will of my aunt Margaret Gawne decease, in trust to pay the interest arising
there from to my sister Emmeline Annie Quayle wife of John Quayle for life
and upon her decease in further trust to pay the same in equal shares to her
two sons my nephews Arthur Quayle and Henry Quayle upon their attaining the
age of twenty one years respectively.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my sister Mary Jane Quinney all my clothes
and other wearing apparel.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my niece Helen Quayle my watch and chain
brooches and my best set of china and silver butter cooler.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my niece Margaret Jane Moore my American
Organ and sewing machine.
I leave devise and bequeath unto my brother Henry Gawne Moore my mahogny
chest of drawers and desk.
I appoint my said brother Henry Gawne Moore to be trustee and executor of
this my will.
AS witness my name this 12th day of December 1912.

I bequeath and devise unto my brother John Williams all rents at present due
to me ten pounds which is bequeathed to me in the will of my grandmother
Jane Moore.  Also the money which I have in the Post Office for my debts and
expenses as witness my name this 12th day of December 1912.  Margaret
Matilda Moore.

At a Court holden at Castletown on the 22nd day of June 1914.  The annexed
paper writings both dated the 12th day of Dec 1912 having been proved to be
respectively the last will and testament and codicil thereto of Margaret
Matilda Moore late of Fleshwick in the parish of Rushen spinster decease who
died on the 17th day of October 1913 at Fleshwick aforesaid and proof having
been given to the court that the interlineation between the 8th and 9th
lines of the 1st page of such will of the words "and garden and premises"
and the interlineation between the 1st and end lines of the said codicil of
the words "all rents at present due to me" were made before the execution of
the said will and codicil respectively the same are therefore to form part
of the said will and codicil repsectively and Probate is hereby granted of
the same and proof having also been given that the interlineation on
thesecond line of such codicil of the words "Eight pounds of money" that the
interlineation on the 3rd line of such codicil of the words "which is in the
drawer of my Chest of Drawers and that the interlineation on the 4th line of
such codicil of the words  "and all rents at present due to me" were struck
out and oblitereated in such codicil before the execution thereof the name
is therefore not to be read as forming part of such codicil and probate is
not granted of such words Henry Gawne Moore of No. 47 The Parade Cardiff in
the County of Glamorgan Wales the brother of the testatrix the executor
therein named is sworn well and truly to fulfil and excute the same to
administer the personal estate of the said deceased according to law.

In athe matter of the will of Margaret Matilda Moore spinster of Fleshwick
in the parish of Rushen deceased and in the matter of the petition of Henry
Gawne Moore for a grant of probate thereof.
We the undersigned hereby acknowledge to have received notice of the above
petition and hereby authorize bearer to appear for us and consent thereto

Henry Gawne Moore of 47 The Parade Cardiff, William McLaughlin of the town
of Castletown Custodian of Castle Rushen and James Quinney of Donore
Ballasalla in the parish of Malew took out a bond for two hundred pounds to
Sovereign Lord the King on  14 Jun 1914.
