This is the last will and testament of me Mary Ann Radcliffe of 1 Kingswood
Grove Douglas widow I revoke all former wills and
testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last
will and testament.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret wife of Thomas Charles Clague
the sum of eight pounds.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Catherine wife of  Robert Joughin
the sum of eight pounds.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Lilian wife of George Kelly the sum
of eight pounds
I leave and bequeath to my grandson Boyce Kelly the sum of two pounds, the
silver watch and chain belonging to my late husband and I declare
that should the said Boyce Kelly be a minor at the time of my decease my
executor may pay over the said sum of two pounds and hand over the said
watch and chain to his parents or either of them and their or his or her
receipt shall be a good discharge to my said executor and as to all the
rest residue and remainder of my estate real and personal of what kind and
nature soever and wheresoever situate I leave devise and bequeath
the same to my four daughters Margaret, Catherine, Lilian and Annie in equal
shares as tenants in common for their own sole and separate use absolutely
free from the control of their husbands or husband.  I appoint William Ira
Kennish of 7 Adelaide Terrace Douglas as executor of this my will and
declare that he shall be entitled to charge five per cent commission on the
gross amount of my estate a remuneration.  As witness my name this twenty
six day of February One thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

In the matter of the petition of Wm Ira Kennish for probate of the will of
Mary Ann Radcliffe late of 1 Kingswood Grove in the town of Douglas bearing
date the 26th day of February 1914
We the undersigned being next of kin of the said Mary Ann Radcliffe
authorized the bearer hereof to appear at any court and consent to grant of
probate to the above named William Ira Kennish.
