IN HIS MAJESTY’S HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE OF THE ISLE OF MAN

First Deemster and a Judge of the said Division

			THE HUMBLE PETITION of Charles
			Lynchey at present residing at 
			number 65 Rice Lane Walton in the
			City of Liverpool

SHEWETH
Clara Lynchey late of number “27” Carnarvon Road
in the City of Liverpool wife of your Petitioner died at number
“27” Carnarvon Road aforesaid on or about the 26th day of
November 1912 intestate.
(2)	It is necessary that Administration of the Personal
Estate and effects of the said deceased in the Isle of Man
be granted to some fit and proper person

WHEREFORE Your Petitioner humbly prays 
a hearing hereof and that Your Honor
may be pleased to grant Administration
of the Personal Estate and effects of
the said deceased to Your Petitioner
with such other and further relieve
as is meet and Your Petitioner will
every pray etc, etc, etc

Ordered that this petition do come on to be heard at a court to be
holden at Castle Rushen on Wednesday the 22nd day of
June 1914 at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, whereof

	At a Court held at Castletown
the 22nd day of June 1914
and by “….” at Douglas on this(?) day of June 1914

Upon hearing this Petition in presence of the parties or
their Advocates, and it being proved that Clara
Lynchey late of Number 27 Carnarvon Road
in the City of Liverpool (the late wife of
Charles Lynchey of the said City Ships Steward)
of _____ on or about the 26th day
of November 1912 departed this life at 27 Carnarvon
Road aforesaid and intestate.

This Court hath decreed the said Charles Lynchey
the widower of the deceased now residing
at No 65 Rice Lane Walton in the said
City – 
			Administrator of All and
Singular the Personal Estate and Effects of the said
Deceased, and accordingly has sworn well and truly
to administer the said Estate and Effects of the said
Deceased by paying her just debts and funeral
expenses so far forth as the said Estate and Effects
will extend, and the Law bind him and distributing
the residue according to Law, and to return to the
proper Registry a full, true, and perfect inventory of
all and singular the said Estate and Effects, with an
accurate account of his administration thereof, when
thereunto lawfully required.

Ship’s Steward made oath and say
that Clara Lynchey late of Number
“27” Carnarvon Road in the City of
Liverpool aforesaid the late wife of
deponent died at 27 Carnarvon Road
aforesaid on the 26th day of November
1912 intestate.  That I will faithfully
administer the Personal Estate and 
Effects of the said deceased within
the Isle of man by paying “…..” just
debts and distributing the residue of
her said Estate and Effects according
to Law.  That I will exhibit a true
and perfect Inventory of all and
Singular the said Estate and
Effects and render a just and true
account thereof into the proper
Registry within the said Isle whenever
required by Law so to do and
that the whole of the Personal
Estate and Effects of the said
Clara Lynchey deceased within the 
Isle of Man does not amount
in value to the sum of  One hundred
and fifty pounds Sterling to the
best of my knowledge information and
belief.

	KNOW all men by these presents that we Charles Lynchey
of 65 Rice Lane Walton in the City
of Liverpool Ship’s Steward William
James Moore of Greenhill Albany Road in
the Borough of douglas and Arthur
Moore of Athol Street in the said
Borough	
are jointly and severally and any two of us jointly bound unto our
Sovereign Lord the King in the sum of One hundred
and fifty
pounds to the payment whereof well and truly to be made to our said Lord
the King, his heirs and successors, we bind and oblige oiurselves jointly and
severally, and any two of us jointly, oiur Executors and Administrators,
firmly by these presents.

	As witness our subscriptions the twentieth day of
June in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and fourteen

	THE CONDITION of our obligation is such, that if the
above-named Charles Lynchey
(hereinafter called “the Administrator”)
who seeks to obtain Letters of Administration of all and singular the personal
estate and effects
of Clara Lynchey
late of 27 Carnarvon Road in the 
City of Liverpool
but now deceased, who died on or about the 26th day of November
1912, at 27 Carnarvon Road aforesaid
do, when lawfully called on in that behalf, make or cause to be made a true and
perfect inventory of all and singular the personal estate and effects of the said
deceased; which have or shall come into his hands, possessions, or
knowledge, or into the hands of any other persons for him and the
same so made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, into the proper Registry in
that behalf whenever required by law so to do:  And the same personal estate
and effects, and all other the personal estate and effects of the said deceased,
which shall at any time come into the hand or posssession of the Administrator,
or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him
or which without default might have come into the hands or possession of
the Administrator, do well and truly administer according to law, that is, to say,
do pay the debts and liabilities of the said deceased so far as the said personal
estate will extend and the law bind the Administrator, and to deliver and pay
unto the person or persons  legally entitled thereto all the rest and residue
of the said personal estate and effects, then this obligation to be void and of
no effect, or else to remain in full force and virtue

the city of Liverpool Ship’s Steward being sworn make oath
and say as follows:-

1.		The above named Clara Lynchey was
my Wife
2.		The said Clara Lynchey died at
Number “27” Carnarvon Road aforesaid
on or about the 26th day of November	
1912 intestate.
3.		The said Clara Lynchey was only
once married namely toi me the above named
Charles Lynchey and there has been no
issue of the said marriage.
4.		The personal estate of the said
deceased in the Isle of Man does not
exceed the sum of One hundred and fifty
pounds and there are no debts due by 
the said deceased within the said Isle.
