This is the last will and testament of me Isabella Qualtrough of Number 81
Malew Street Castletown spinster.
I being of sound mind memory and understanding at the making hereof and
revoking all wills by me heretofore made.
I nominate and appoint my sister Jane Alicia Qualtrough to be my executrix
of this my will.
After the payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I leave
devise and bequeath to my sister the said Jane Alicia Qualtrough the whole
of the residue of my property real and personal of every kind and
description whatsoever and wheresoever situate of which I may die possessed
or become entitled to or over which I may have any power of appointment
absolutely.
I witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this seventh day of
March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven. Isabella

A bond in the amount of one thousand two hundred pounds taken out by Jane
Alicia Qualtrough of Malew Street in the town of Castletown spinster, James
Taggart of Arbory Street Castletown, Draper, and Henry Cubbon of Malew
Street Casletown, Farmer, on 22 March 1915.
At a Court holden at Castletown on the 22d day of March 1915.  Jane Alicia
Qualtrough sworn executrix.
