The humble petition of Margaret Catherine Clague of Port St Mary widow
of Thoams Clague of the same place Butcher.
Sheweth as follows:
1.  Thomas Clague late of Port St Mary butcher and InnKeeper the husband of
your petitioner Margaret Catherine Clague and the father of your petitioner
Thomas Clague died on the 7th March 1915 intestate.
2.  It is necessary that Letters of Administration of the estate and effects
of the said Thomas Clague should be granted.
3.  Your petitioner Thomas Clague was the only child of the said
deceased.
Wherefore your petitioners humbly pray a hearing hereof and that Letters of
Administration of the  estate and effects of the said Thomas Clague deceased
may be granted to your petitioner Thomas Clague and that your petitioners
may have such other relief as is meet and they will pray.

Castletown on Monday the 26th day of April 1915 at 11:30 O'clock in the
forenoon where of all proper persons and parties to have due notice. Given

of the Hydes Port Erin Boarding House Keeper and John James Clague of the
"Rowany Port Erin farmer took out a bond in the sum of one thousand two
hundred pounds unto our Sovereign Lord the King on 26th day of April One
thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
